Prices and payment
Each item is stated with price including VAT. At the cmoment we offer our customers payment through PayPal. For orders international orders, any customs costs and taxes are paid by you. If an item is returned, please note that you are responsible for the return postage cost and if a free delivery or discounted promo code was used, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Withdraw
You have 14 days to return an item. The item must be unused, in complete original packaging and in undamaged condition, without the seal broken. Please email labellesaisonshop@gmail.com before you return an item. All refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. We will never sell your personal data.

Gift cards
Gift cards sold with us are valid for one year from the date of payment. Any remaining balance on the gift card is non-refundable. Please take care of your gift card, as lost or stolen gift cards will not be refunded.

Delivery time
The delivery time is estimated to be 2-5 working days within UK and 5-14 working days for international delivery.

Uncollected parcels

Please note that parcels that are not picked up on time are sent back to the sender. Uncollected goods that are returned to us go through the usual returns process. It is your responsibility to be available to the selected courier.
